Canada’s Newest Trade Agreement – CPTPP The Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) came into force in Canada on December 30, 2018 after years of negotiations. The CPTPP rose from the ashes of the failed TPP negotiations that collapsed after the withdrawal of the United States of America.
